Healthy Weight Loss - A Side Effect?

People are using Mila to get healthy.  In addition, some are discovering, they're losing weight as well.

How's that for a side effect?

Dr. Wayne Coates explains to us in his interview discussing Mila (pre-launch, when Mila was called "The Signature Grain"), that this "micro sliced" chia has high levels of fatty acids, which are high in calories, but essentially equivalent quantities of fiber, which is low in calories. It is not a dietary food, however the volumetric expansion of the seeds in the stomach can help to give a feeling of satiety or fullness, thereby making one feel less hungry.

If you're the type of person who stops eating once they're full, it's very possible to lose weight just by adding Mila to the food you normally eat without altering it's familiar flavor.
